    Description

The Hometown Collection delivers classic engineered hardwood flooring with traditional 5-inch planks that establish a timeless aesthetic foundation while providing exceptional versatility across interior styles. Crafted from select Red Oak, Maple, and Hickory, these enduring wood floors feature consistent grading and natural color variations that create a balanced visual presence ideal for both traditional and transitional interiors. The smooth-sanded surface with light hand-scraping enhances the wood’s natural character while providing subtle textural interest

Engineered for reliable performance, this versatile flooring incorporates a durable 2mm wear layer protected by a satin polyurethane finish that delivers dependable scratch and stain resistance for active households. The aluminum oxide-enhanced coating creates an effective barrier against daily wear while allowing for straightforward maintenance with standard cleaning methods. Perfect for family-friendly installations throughout main living areas, this collection combines practical durability with classic appeal at an accessible price point for today’s value-conscious homeowners.

A traditional tongue-and-groove system enables versatile installation options including nail-down, glue-down, or floating methods, providing flexibility across various subfloor conditions. The engineered construction offers improved dimensional stability compared to solid hardwood, maintaining structural integrity even when installed in areas where solid wood flooring might be problematic, including over properly prepared concrete slabs and compatible radiant heating systems (except for Hickory).
